Indoor Book-a-Court (Peace Portal Alliance Church)

Indoor book-a-court enables a Surrey Pickleball Club member or non-member to book an indoor court (at the Peace Portal Alliance Church) for a two hour period.  The court registration may be used to play singles or doubles. The person booking the court is responsible to get other players and for cost-sharing arrangements with those players.

ALL players MUST be members in good standing of Pickleball Canada (PCO). Failure to do so will result in booking privileges being revoked. PCO membership can be obtained here. 

A player may book one to three courts during any book-a-court time slot.

Balls will not be provided. Players are required to bring their own balls.  

There will be a play Captain for each session who will check players in.

No one will be admitted until the person booking the court is present and the play Captain has checked them in. The QR code on the confirmation email or on the Wild Apricot mobile app is required to check in.

Indoor court shoes please. Please change or clean your shoes when you enter.

Cancellation Policy: No cancellations within 24 hours of the session.  Cancellations prior to that will be refunded by way of an account credit which can be applied to subsequent bookings.  Cash refunds (on request only) will be subject to a $10 cash refund administration fee.
