Joining Us - AFTER OCTOBER 2, 2022

Weather permitting, organized play begins in mid April 2024.

If you would like to join the Surrey Pickleball Club (SPC), please fill out the membership application form starting below. Once your membership fee payment is received by the club you will be admitted to the club.

Pickleball BC and Pickleball Canada Memberships

Beginning March 29, 2021, Pickleball Canada (PCO) no longer allows the Surrey Pickleball Club to collect and remit PCO and Pickleball BC membership fees or register members with PCO/PBC. The Club encourages all pickleball players to contact Pickleball Canada directly to take out or renew a PCO/PBC membership. PCO/PBC membership is a requirement for registration in any Club event or Pickleball Canada sanctioned tournament. Amongst other benefits, your PCO/PBC membership includes the provision of personal liability insurance for Club events, PCO and SPC sanctioned events. Please note that PCO/PBC memberships expire on December 31 and have to be renewed to play in 2024 club events.

Skill Level Rating (Membership Level)

Please read the following guide and register you skill rating. You may self-rate up to Intermediate+. Please be realistic regarding your rating level. You will be able to change your rating (up to Intermediate+) as you progress in your pickleball journey. Novice - $50.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments

Intermediate - $50.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments

Intermediate+ - $50.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year No automatically recurring payments

Advanced - $50.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments

Expert - $50.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments

Youth - $25.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments This is for anyone under the age of 19 as of January 1st of the year of the membership. Each player will be assessed and then assigned to a Level in the club.

One Time Drop-in - $5.00 (CAD) Subscription period: Unlimited One time drop in fee. Signing up allows you to play (as a drop-in) in one session. For subsequent sessions, you must purchase a guest pass from the club store and, once confirmed, have administrator to register them in a session. If the person is from out of Lower Mainland, and is in town for only a few days, they will be allowed to play multiple times for the $15.

Member Personal Information Privacy
Your personal information is confidential and protected under BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). It will be shared with Pickleball BC (PBBC), Pickleball Canada (PCO) and the City of Surrey. Unless you change your privacy settings, your contact information shared with members in our membership directory. As part of this application you will be required to acknowledge the club's PIPA-compliant privacy policy (found here). Once registered with SPC, you will have the ability to restrict access to your personal information. By joining the SPC, you agree that photos of you engaged in club activities may be posted on the SPC website and social media sites.
